For the month of November we will be collecting items for a new time capsule to be buried in the month of December. You will see collection bins at our Municipal Building (11279 Center HIghway), Norwin Historical Society, Norwin Public Library, and Jim Shorkey Kia. All sites will accept time capsule submissions during their regular operating hours. When submitting an item, please bring that item (preferably in a bag) to your closest collection site, fill out the appropriate information on the Time Capsule submission registration form and gently place that item in the collection bin. Thank you for participating in celebrating our historic year and we can't wait to see the items you will submit.
